There are a lot of things one can say that Ashley and C.L exemplify that you would expect or certainly desire from truly professional real estate agents; warm and friendly; they take the time to understand you and what you are looking for and why; very responsive. They were all these and more. What stood out to us was they way they approached our search, contract structure and contingency period. First, they did not want us to waste our time as they proactively helped us think through our options including size, location, build vs. buy and style of home. Secondly, and so important to todays market, they dropped everything to focus on our target property which may have had some issues that concerned us. This required an appropriately structured timely offer and contract that allowed us to be first in line of what were several other for more money.
